You need to be logged in to your Dermaskinshop account to monitor all of your online orders.

We proudly offer free shipping and handling for all local shipping in Singapore with a minimun purchase of SGD$40 per order. A flat fee of SGD$4 is imposed for orders lesser than SGD$40.

For additional delivery or return trips required, a delivery charge of SGD$4 will be imposed.

  • We are closed for order processing on weekends and public holidays
  • Delivery is fulfilled by our Courier Partner between Monday - Saturday (except Public Holiday) from 9 am - 10 pm
  • Delivery may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather
  • In the event where a wrong address is provided, please contact DermaSkinShop via email within 1 hour of purchase and our team will contact and assist you accordingly
  • Please note that we do not deliver to the following restricted places: Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airports

Register an account with/Login to DermaSkinShop.com.sg
To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page

When you are ready to checkout:

If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount

Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review

Remember to fill in all necessary details and once you have reviewed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ then enter your preferred payment method

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email

Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend and/or cancel orders once it is paid. Please review your cart before completing your orders. Products sold are non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable unless goods are (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault. and /or (2) incorrect products delivered by us.

Please check if:

  • The coupon/voucher code has expired
  • Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
  • Each order can only use 1 coupon/voucher
  • The coupon/voucher is not valid for items that are already on sale
  • Coupon/Voucher is not valid with other promotions, discounts and loyalty rewards redemption

Once the order and payment has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us HERE . Please do not re-create your order to prevent duplication

Please check your email and spam folder in case your confirmation email has landed to your spam folder. You can also log in to your DermaSkinShop account to check on your order status.

Delivery

Due to restrictions imposed on courier deliveries, Dermaskinshop DO NOT deliver to the following restricted areas.. If you still wish to proceed with your order, we suggest to opt for self-collection in our office instead. Feel free to start a live chat with our customer service for self-collection details.

We offer two options -

1. Courier delivery (within 1-3 days upon parcel picked up)
- This service is free for orders that are SGD$40 and above. For orders less than SGD$40, a flat fee of SG$4 will be imposed.

2. Self collection from office (within 3-5 working days after order processing)
- You may opt for self collection from our office if you would like to receive your order sooner. An email will be sent to inform you when your order is ready for collection.

You will receive a SMS from our courier partner on the day your parcel will be delivered. If you are not at home to receive it, kindly follow the instructions in the SMS and/or give them a call directly. For instances wherein customers gave instructions to courier partner for parcel to be left at a particular place (i.e dry riser, shoe rack, etc), DermaSkinShop would not be liable for lost parcels. Kindly ensure that your parcels are left in a safe place.

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this moment. We are only able to ship locally within Singapore.

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your orders from DermaSkinShop.com.sg

During festive seasons and peak periods, we seek your kind understanding for a longer processing time needed within 5 – 10 working days.

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.

In the event where a wrong address is provided, please contact DermaSkinShop via email within 1 hour of purchase and our team will contact and assist you accordingly. Once the package is delivered, DermaSkinShop will not be liable for any replacement or refund. For undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address, a courier fee of SGD$4 will charged for re-delivery.

Yes, You may opt for self collection from our office (within 3-5 working days after order processing) if you would like to receive your order sooner. An email will be sent to informed you when your order is ready for collection.

To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation. You may also visit your Dermaskinshop My Account or check out Shipping and enter your tracking number Tracking box can be found at the upper right hand corner of the page.

We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.

You may also contact the courier assigned to your order and provide them with the tracking number shown in your email.

For additional delivery or return trips required, a delivery charge of SGD$4.00 will be imposed.

Returns & Exchange

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 14-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock

Please contact us immediately at contact@dermaskinshop.com.sg with your order number, details and an image of the faulty item/s received. Please do not discard the items as we will need the damage and and incorrect items to be returned to DermaSkinShop.

Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.

Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.

If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.

If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will need to close and open a new browser after 30 minutes to re-sign in. At DermaSkinShop.com.sg, we specially curate the products we carry. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivity with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to contact@dermaskinshop.com.sg. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.

As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team of beauty experts that are ready to answer all your beauty questions. They are well-versed on every product we carry - and even use them in their daily routines. Please also check the ingredients listing before completing your purchase to identify any allergens.

Reward Points

For every SGD$1 nett spend, you earn 1 Point. For every $150 nett spend, you receive another 10 Bonus Points on top of the Basic Points earned.

Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for Points issuance is not allowed. For example, if you spend $80 for a certain purchase (80 Points earned), and after the transaction is settled, you spend $80 for another purchase (80 Points earned), the total Points accrued from the two purchases should be 160 rather than 170.

Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Dermaskinshop at the conversion rate of 20 Points = SGD$1.

Points issued are valid till the end of the next calendar year. For example, Points issued in June 2019 are valid till 31 Dec 2020, unless otherwise stated.

As points are to be redeemed in denomination of 20 points (equivalent to $1), a minimum point balance of 20 points is required.

Points have to be redeemed in denomination of 20 points, which is equivalent to $1. For example, you can redeem 200 points to offset $10 from your purchase. A maximum 600 points can be redeemed per online transaction.

Point balance is updated on the website one day after transaction. As such, it is best to check your Point balance one day after transaction.

Reward points earned are not convertable to cash for withdrawal

Yes. You may use the maximum points (in multiples of 20 points) to offset part of the transaction as partial redemption and pay the remaining outstanding amount with credit card

You can only purchase one DermaSkinShop E-Gift Card for each online transaction. To purchase multiple DermaSkinShop E-Gift Cards online, please submit another order via the website.

No. You will only be charged the amount mentioned on the DermaSkinShop E-Gift Card.

Yes. You can purchase a DermaSkinShop E-Gift Card of any amount above the minimum purchase amount of $20.

Unfortunately, the value of the DermaSkinShop E-Gift Card cannot be changed once the purchase is made.
