Heliocare Oral Sunblock (x3 sachet)
Consume 30 minutes before sun exposure, after meal.
1.Take 2 capsules a day for daily sun exposure – 1 in the morning and 1 in the mid-day (i.e. 30 minutes after lunch).
2.Take 4 capsules a day for intense sun exposure – 2 in the morning, 2 in the mid-day (3 hours after first dose).

Heliocare Ultra 90 SPF 50+ (5ml)
Apply to skin evenly and generously before exposure to the sun.
Reapply frequently or every 2 – 3 hours during intensive exposure.
