What is the return and exchange policy?

• All purchases made on Dermaskinshop are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless goods are

(1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault. and /or

(2) incorrect products delivered by us.

• To be eligible for exchange:

(1) Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

(2) Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set (including seals, boxes, and any complimentary samples/gift with purchase).

(3) Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot exchange when:

(1)The items are opened or used.

(2)Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or promotional giveaways.

(3)Trial-size items.

(4)Please do not ship products back without approval. Unregistered returns will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

• If the requested replacement is unavailable or is of a lower value, store credit will be provided instead. However if the replacement item is of a higher value, a top-up will be required.

• Exchanges for reasons of preference or change of mind are not available.

• Refund & Reimbursements

(1)All sales are considered final once payment is made.

(2)Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances, such as:

(i)If the item is confirmed as lost in transit by courier and we received compensation from them.

(ii)If an order was charged but not fulfilled (e.g., out of stock after purchase).

(3)If the courier provides proof of delivery (e.g., signed or photo confirmation), no compensation or refund will be provided.

(4)Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

• Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by third-party courier services. While we will assist you in raising a claim if needed, please note:

(1)We are not responsible for courier delays or parcels lost in transit.

(2)Customers are encouraged to liaise directly with the courier using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation.

(3)If a parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement of products equivalent to your order. Please take note that any points or vouchers used in the transaction will be voided.
